Through hard work and dedication Alliance have helped me to work my way up from Trainee Dental Nurse / Receptionist to Deputy Practice Manager within only two years. Now that I’ve been given more time to speak to patients about the services we can provide I’ve found I’m carrying out a lot more private treatments than before. This is a much better way to treat patients and has given me a lot of satisfaction in my job. The refurbishment of the practice means patients are much happier too.
